The Swansea Velo Club/Bikeworks Racing Team has a competitive, enthusiastic and active male and female group of competitors who constantly and proactively compete in regional and National road, criterium, TT, triathlon, duathlon, gravel, cyclocross, MTB, and fat bike categories. We compete and podium across all adult age classes.

Fall River Criterium
Usually the Sunday before Labor Day Weekend. The Fall River Criterium is held in the Fall River Industrial Park and features, 4 left corners 1/3 mile downhill to be prepared for the ¼ mile 3% climb up Airport Rd just before the finish. Roads are in great shape. Corners are wide!
Sunshine Criterium
We are once again hosting the Sunshine Criterium bike race. On Saturday May 11th 2024 at Ninigret Park in Charlestown Rhode Island. This Criterium is held on a closed course. The .9 mile course features 6 corners. It is a dedicated bicycle race course with no curbs. There are no climbs to contend with, But there can be some nasty winds from the ocean. Buzz The Tower
The bicycle racing track at Ninigret Park in Charlestown Rhode Island was previously a Navy base used to train pilots for short take off and landings common on aircraft carriers. What a great place to have early season bike race. We opened the 2024 New England road racing season on March 30th. Results can be found here. We look forward to hosting on a similar date in 2025.
